ownership:I own this lens
compared to:Batis 25mm. Batis 40mm. 16-35 GM. Voigtlander FE 15mm. Zeiss FE 35. Zeiss FE 55. Sony FE 85. Sony 70-200 GM. Sigma FE 135 f1.8
price paid:£1000.00
positive:Well made, weather sealed, excellent IQ. Balanced on the camera.
negative:Hood plastic is not a perfect match for the black of the lens.
comment:This lens is sharp corner to corner when stopped down to f4 and when shooting at 3 meters or more. Wide open and close to, it is outgunned by the 16-35GM.
When I'm out and about I take the Batis 18, 25 & 40mm. When I'm shooting interiors I take the 16-35GM.
